How the replacement works
- You tell us what kind of damage there is.
- The technician checks the model and orders the glass (3–7 days if not in stock).
- We turn off the breaker.
- The cooktop is taken out and the broken glass is carefully removed from the frame.
- The frame is cleaned and fresh heat-resistant sealant is applied.
- The new glass is installed, pressed into place, and secured.
- The cooktop is put back and all zones are tested.
