The renovation is finished — walls painted, floors fitted, tiles set. But the flat still is not ready to live in: building dust all over, plaster marks on the windows, bits of expanding foam left on the sills, grout residue still stuck to the tiles. Post-renovation cleaning is not a standard wipe-over. You need to know which product goes on which surface so you do not scratch fresh laminate or damage the paint finish. We cover the whole of Warsaw — from Mokotow to Bemowo.

The price of post-renovation cleaning depends on the size of the flat, the extent of the renovation, and how bad the dirt is. A light refresh (painting, wallpaper) is one thing; a full strip-out with new wiring and screed is something else. The room count matters as well: a 30 m² studio after a cosmetic update takes 3-4 hours, while a 70 m² three-bedroom after a full renovation can take the whole day. Removal of construction debris is priced separately. Cleaning products and consumables are included in the price. Current rates are in the table below.
| Service | min | max |
|---|---|---|
| Post-renovation cleaning | 8 zł/m² | 15 zł/m² |
| Apartment cleaning | 50 zł/h | 80 zł/h |

A client in the Wilanow district ordered a clean for a 55 m² two-bedroom flat after a full renovation. The work had included rewiring, new screed, bathroom tiling, laminate in the rooms, and painting the walls. Construction dust was all over the place — half a centimetre on the sills, a white plaster film inside the kitchen cabinets, grout smears on the bathroom tiles. The technician began with an industrial vacuum — a domestic one would not have managed. Then we moved on to the windows: painter’s tape residue and primer splashes on the glass. The bathroom tiles were cleaned with an acid-based product — the grout residue came off the glossy surface without a single scratch. The laminate was wiped with a barely damp microfibre cloth and a specialist cleaner. The whole job took seven hours. The client moved in the next day — the flat was ready to live in (compatible with Kärcher, Vileda and similar).
Construction dust is finer than normal household dust — it gets into gaps, ventilation, and the insides of cabinets. You need an industrial vacuum, specialist cleaning products, and an understanding of what is safe for each type of surface.
You can, but it will take 2-3 times more time. Without an industrial vacuum and proper products, you risk scratching new surfaces or leaving dust trapped behind.
It depends on the size of the flat and the scale of the renovation. A 25-30 m² studio after a cosmetic update — 3-4 hours. A 60-80 m² flat after a major renovation — 6-8 hours.
Labour, cleaning products, consumables (cloths, sponges). Removal of construction debris is charged separately.
As soon as the crew has finished and everything is dry. Usually 1-2 days after the final stage of work.
We carry out larger waste — but that is a separate service. Small debris (dust, tape scraps, dried drips) is included in the main clean.
An acid-based cleaner for removing cement residue. It is safe for glazed tiles but not suitable for natural stone — we point that out in advance.
Yes, cleaning the windows and sills is a standard part of a post-renovation clean. We remove tape marks, primer, and plaster smears.
It helps if you are there at the start — to show any problem areas and go over the details. After that, you do not need to stay.
Yes, we also work on weekends. Mention it when booking — weekend rates may be higher.
