How the replacement works
- You explain the problem — which zone is not heating.
- The technician checks the model and finds the correct part.
- We turn off the breaker — cooktops run on a separate 32A circuit.
- The cooktop is taken out and turned over to reach the underside.
- We unplug the wiring and remove the faulty zone.
- The replacement zone is fitted and wired in.
- The cooktop is put back in place and all zones are tested on different power settings.
