Has the oven door glass cracked, burst from thermal shock, or broken after a hit? It happens more often than most people expect — the inner glass works at temperatures up to 250°C and, over the years, can give way from heat stress. The outer glass gets damaged more often from knocks or impact. We replace both on site anywhere in Warsaw. Using an oven with cracked glass is not safe — hot air leaks out, and glass pieces may get into food.

The price depends on which pane needs replacing (inner, outer or middle), the oven model, and whether the glass is easy to get. You can see current prices in the table below. The service includes taking the door apart and installing the replacement; the glass itself is billed separately.

A client in Wilanów called when the inner glass of their Siemens oven cracked during preheating to 220°C. The oven was 9 years old and the glass had never been changed. On site, we removed the door and took it apart — the inner pane had broken into small tempered pieces (similar to car glass). The middle and outer panels were intact. We installed a new genuine inner glass, reassembled the door, and checked the seal — tight, with no heat escaping. The whole job took about 40 minutes. Tip: if your oven is over 7 years old and the glass has turned cloudy, that points to wear — it may be time to replace it before it fails.
Thermal shock (a sudden temperature change), tiny cracks from impact, a manufacturing fault, or simple age — tempered glass gets weaker over time.
Usually 2–4: the inner pane (closest to the cavity), one or two middle panes, and the outer one. Each helps with heat insulation.
Definitely not recommended. Hot air escapes, the oven works less efficiently, and the casing overheats.
No. Even heat-resistant adhesive will not hold up to constant heating and cooling. The glass needs replacing.
Yes, if the model is known. Less common models can take 3–7 days to order.
Yes, we lift it off the hinges to make the work safer and easier.
30–50 minutes.
