After renovation work, the flat ends up covered in building dust. The garage has been filling up with clutter for years, and the basement has become a dumping spot for things no one uses anymore. Sounds familiar? We clean residential and non-residential properties all over Warsaw — from Mokotow to Bielany. We arrive with our own equipment, take away the waste, and leave the place properly clean. Hiring a professional is the right call when the job is big and you want it finished in one day.

The cost is based on the size of the area, how dirty it is, and what kind of space needs cleaning. Post-renovation work is more demanding: construction dust gets everywhere, from cornices to power sockets. A full clean in an occupied flat is easier, but there is still plenty to do. Garages and basements are another matter — they often need bulky waste taken out. Consumables are included. Waste removal is charged separately. You can find current prices in the table below.
| Service | min | max |
|---|---|---|
| Apartment cleaning | 50 zł/h | 80 zł/h |
| Garage cleaning | 40 zł/h | 70 zł/h |
| Basement cleaning | 40 zł/h | 70 zł/h |

A two-room flat, 48 m² — after a complete renovation: new floors, freshly painted walls, replaced doors. Construction dust had settled everywhere: windowsills, sockets, even inside the wardrobes. We began with a Karcher industrial vacuum — every surface was done from top to bottom. After that, we wiped down the walls, skirting boards, and window frames with a damp cloth. Sockets and switches were blown through with a compressor. Floors — first vacuumed, then mopped twice. In the kitchen, we scrubbed the tiles to get rid of grout residue. All waste — 8 construction bags — was carried down to the skip. The whole job took 5 hours. The client said the result was better than expected — the flat looked ready for a catalogue shoot. Bottom line: after renovation, a household vacuum just won’t handle it — you need an industrial one and a proper top-down method (compatible with Kärcher, Vileda and similar).
We clean all sorts of spaces: flats, houses, garages, basements, storage rooms. The kind of property is not an issue — we can assess it from photos.
