A tap that keeps dripping, a loose door handle, a squeaking door, a faulty light switch — small faults like these add up and slowly eat into everyday comfort. On its own, each issue feels too minor to bring in a technician, but once five or seven have piled up, one visit to deal with everything makes much more sense. We work throughout Warsaw: Ochota, Targowek, Bialoleka — arriving with a standard set of tools and basic consumables for common jobs around the home.

The cost depends on how many jobs there are and what kind of work is involved. Changing a door handle costs one amount, while stopping a leaking Grohe mixer by replacing the cartridge is priced differently. A few small repairs during one visit cost less than arranging separate appointments for each one. Mounting hardware and basic consumables are included. Spare parts (cartridges, handles, locks) are billed separately if replacement is required. Check the current prices in the table.

A client in Ochota had put together a list of nine minor issues that had been piling up for more than a year: a leaking Omnires kitchen mixer, two squeaking doors, a loose balcony door handle, a broken towel hook in the bathroom, a faulty soft-close on a kitchen cabinet, a cracked socket, a shaky hallway coat rack, and a sticking cistern button. Our technician arrived with a set of washers, silicone lubricant, assorted fixings, and a multimeter. He repaired the mixer by changing the cartridge, lubricated the doors, remounted the handle with a dowel insert, adjusted the Blum soft-close, and replaced the socket (after turning off the breaker). The cistern button had to be ordered — the client bought it, and the technician came back to fit it in 15 minutes. The first visit lasted around two and a half hours. The lesson is simple: when small jobs stack up, handling them in one visit is more practical — both for the budget and for peace at home.
In most cases, the technician finishes 5–10 small jobs in 2–3 hours. If there is more to do, just tell us beforehand and we will allow extra time.
The technician comes with basic consumables: fixings, washers, lubricant. Specific parts (cartridges, handles, locks) are bought by the client — we can point you to the right model.

Yes, in many cases changing the cartridge or washer solves the problem. We work with Grohe, Omnires, Hansgrohe, Cersanit, and other brands.
We do small electrical jobs: replacing sockets, switches, and connecting light fixtures. For larger electrical work, we recommend our electrician services.
About 5–10 minutes in most cases: take out the hinge pin, apply silicone lubricant, and put it back. If the hinge is bent, it may need replacing.
