How it works
- You describe — cold water only, error, dirty laundry on 60°C.
- Technician identifies model.
- Disconnect, partially drain water.
- Remove rear panel (element usually at back bottom).
- Test with multimeter — open circuit or ground fault.
- Undo nut, extract old element, clean seat of limescale.
- Fit new element, check seal. Test — water heats.
