How the on-site work goes
- You send a photo of the countertop and the sink or hob model — the technician checks what needs to be done.
- We set a time — often for the same day or the next day.
- At the site, the technician checks the manufacturer’s template, measures everything, and marks the countertop.
- Drills a starter hole in the corner, then cuts the outline with a jigsaw fitted with a clean-cut blade.
- Finishes the edge: removes rough spots, applies sealant or oil for moisture protection if needed.
- Tries the appliance in the cutout, checking clearances and how it sits.
- Cleans away shavings and dust, then gives advice on sealing.
