TV Bracket Mounting in Warsaw — Secure, Level, Done in One Visit

A wall-mounted TV is convenient, looks great, and saves space. But hanging a 55-inch Samsung weighing 18 kg on plasterboard without preparation is a sure way to drop it on the floor. You need the right bracket, the right fixings, and an understanding of what type of wall you are dealing with. We install TV brackets across all of Warsaw: concrete, brick, aerated concrete, plasterboard — each wall type gets its own approach. We bring tools and fixings, and mount everything level and secure.

How much does it cost and what affects the price

The cost depends on the wall type, TV weight, and installation complexity. A simple fixed bracket on concrete is quick work. A tilt-and-swivel bracket on plasterboard with reinforcement is more involved. Price factors include: whether cables need hiding in the wall (chasing), and whether the wall needs reinforcing with a backing plate. Fixings from the bracket kit are included. Additional anchors for your specific wall type are provided as needed. See current prices in the table below.

How the installation works

  1. You provide the TV and bracket model — the technician checks VESA compatibility and assesses the weight.
  2. We agree on a time — usually same-day or next-day arrival.
  3. On site, the technician identifies the wall type and selects fixings: anchor bolts for concrete, expansion plugs for brick, reinforcement through studs for plasterboard.
  4. Mounting points are marked with a laser level at the correct height.
  5. Holes are drilled, plugs or anchors installed, and the bracket plate fixed.
  6. The TV is hung, cables connected, and tilt and swivel checked.
  7. Dust is cleaned up and reliability confirmed — the mounting is loaded to ensure stability.

Common DIY mounting mistakes

  • Buying a bracket without checking the VESA standard — the holes do not match the TV.
  • Hanging on plasterboard with standard plugs — the wall fails and the TV falls.
  • Not using a level — the tilt is visible from every angle.
  • Fixing to aerated concrete with ordinary screws — they pull out within weeks.
  • Not checking for wiring before drilling — hitting a cable.
  • Choosing the height by eye — neck pain from the wrong viewing angle.
  • Forgetting HDMI cable length with a swivel bracket — the cable pulls tight and breaks.

What to prepare before the technician arrives

  • Purchase a bracket compatible with your TV’s VESA standard (listed in the specifications).
  • Decide on the wall position — what height and which room.
  • Identify the wall type: concrete, brick, hollow brick, aerated concrete, plasterboard.
  • Prepare HDMI cables of the right length (allow for bracket swivel).
  • Clear the area in front of the wall — move furniture and decorations.
  • If you want cables hidden in the wall, let us know in advance — the technician will bring chasing tools.
  • Make sure there is a power socket near the mounting spot.
  • Provide the intercom code and parking information.

A real case from Warsaw

A call-out in Ursynow: the client had bought an LG OLED 65-inch and a Vogel’s swivel bracket. The wall was plasterboard on a steel frame with about 5 cm of void behind it. The TV plus bracket weighed almost 30 kg. Standard plasterboard plugs would not hold that load. We located the frame studs with a magnetic detector, fixed the bracket plate directly to the studs with long screws, and reinforced the gaps with expansion anchors. All points marked with a laser level, drilled, and mounted. The HDMI 2.1 cable was routed through a conduit behind the wall. Tilt, swivel, and stability were all checked — everything perfect. The job took about an hour and a half.

Frequently asked questions

Can you mount a TV on plasterboard?

Yes, but it must be fixed through the metal studs or with specialist expansion anchors. Standard toggle bolts are only suitable for lightweight models under 15 kg.

How do I find my TV’s VESA standard?

VESA is listed in the TV’s specifications — it is the distance between mounting holes on the back panel (e.g. 200×200, 400×400). The bracket must support that standard.

Fixed or swivel bracket?

Fixed if you always watch from one position. Tilt-and-swivel if you need to view from different points in the room.

Can cables be hidden in the wall?

Yes, the technician can chase a channel and route the cables inside. This takes extra time and is charged separately.

What height should the TV be mounted at?

The centre of the screen should be at eye level when seated. Typically 100-120 cm from the floor to the centre. In a bedroom, slightly higher.

What is included in the price?

The technician’s labour, fixings from the bracket kit, and travel within Warsaw. Additional anchors and wall chasing are extra.

How long does installation take?

A simple fixed bracket on concrete — 30-40 minutes. A swivel bracket on plasterboard with cable routing — up to 2 hours.

Do you supply brackets?

No, the client purchases the bracket. We can recommend a model for your TV.

Do you work on weekends?

Yes, Saturday and Sunday are regular working days.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, on the technician’s workmanship. If the mounting loosens due to our work, we return and fix it free of charge.

Who does the work

Brackets are installed by a technician experienced with every wall type. He knows why an LG mounts differently from a Samsung, and the difference between a concrete anchor and an expansion plug for hollow brick. We cover all of Warsaw. Call or message us — we reply within an hour.
