Airless (machine) spraying is when paint is applied by a machine under high pressure rather than by roller. It gives an even, mark-free coat and speeds up work on large areas many times over. Machine painting of a flat in Warsaw makes sense when there’s a lot to paint and the space is clear of furniture: a new build before moving in, a whole flat after a renovation, a large office. In small, lived-in rooms with furniture a roller is usually more practical — less masking and prep. We’ll advise which method suits your case better.

The cost depends on the area and preparing the space. A sprayer saves time on large even surfaces, so on volume it works out better on time. But spraying needs thorough masking of everything around — the paint travels as a mist — so in small rooms with furniture the prep eats the gain. Paint is billed separately, film is part of the labour. Rates per stage are in the table below.
| Service | min | max |
|---|---|---|
| Protection of furniture, doors, windows and floors with film | 10 zł/m² | 15 zł/m² |
| Cleaning and washing walls before painting | 15 zł/m² | 25 zł/m² |
| Priming before painting | 15 zł/m² | 25 zł/m² |
| Gypsum putty application | 55 zł/m² | 90 zł/m² |
| Painting walls / ceilings in one color (2 coats) | 30 zł/m² | 45 zł/m² |
| Painting walls in different colors | 35 zł/m² | 55 zł/m² |
Tell us the area and whether the flat is clear of furniture, and we’ll advise what pays off more: a sprayer or a roller.

Before moving into a flat in Wola (78 m², no furniture) all the walls and ceilings needed painting white. By roller it would have taken several days. Since the flat was empty, we chose airless spraying: we fully covered the floor and windows with film, de-dusted and primed the walls and applied two coats with the machine. An even coat with no roller marks, the whole flat in a little over a day. The takeaway: on a large clear area spraying is faster and more even; but where there’s furniture and small rooms, a roller is more practical because of the masking.
On large clear areas it’s faster and gives an even coat with no roller marks.
In small lived-in rooms with furniture: masking for spraying eats the whole gain there.
Ideally — the paint mist settles on everything. Spraying works best in an empty flat.
Yes, set up correctly the machine gives an even coat with no streaks.
Usually two — one pass isn’t enough for a dense colour.
Masking takes most of the time; on volume it pays off in painting speed.
Whatever is easier. We suggest paint suited to spraying. Materials are separate.
When spraying, ventilation and protection matter; we work with airing.
Yes, we remove the masking and take away the equipment and waste.

The work is done by pros from the handyman service with their own equipment. We’ll honestly advise where a sprayer pays off and where a roller is more practical — we don’t push spraying where it isn’t needed. We agree the scope and price at the inspection.
