Here we explain what determines the order in which the Client sees Offers and the Professional sees Jobs. The “Why this order?” link leads here from the list of Offers.
Offers seen by the Client
- First, grouping by work. Offers are grouped by the pieces of work in the Job – for each piece of work you see only the Offers for it.
- Active before inactive. Offers you can accept are higher. Withdrawn, expired or inactive Offers (e.g. the Professional needs to top up their account) are lower.
- Newer before older. Among active Offers, the one that arrived later is higher.
That is all. The order does not depend on price, rating or verification level, and no one can pay for a higher position. You see the price, rating, number of reviews and verification level with each Offer and compare them yourself.
Jobs seen by the Professional
- Only matching Jobs are shown – from the categories the Professional has chosen, in their area of operation. A Professional at the “Identity not checked” level does not see urgent jobs.
- Newer before older – by the time of publication.
A Client cannot pay for a higher place for their Job.
Do payments affect the order
No. Commission, the size of a top-up and the number of jobs on the Platform do not change the order. If we ever introduce paid featuring, every featured Offer will be marked, and this page and the Terms of Service will be changed in advance.
Is artificial intelligence used for the order
No. The order follows from the simple rules described above. Artificial intelligence in HandyMan24 does not rate Professionals and does not set their position.
