Withdrawal from the HandyCoin Account top-up contract

This applies to a Professional who is a Consumer (including a person running a sole proprietorship where the top-up is not of a professional nature for them). You have 14 days from the top-up. A message through “Help” or an e-mail to info@handyman24.eu is enough – this form is only there to make it easier.

We refund the unused part of the top-up within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method. Commission already collected for Contracts you concluded during this period is not refunded on withdrawal (Terms of Service, § 10(3)).
