Handyman24 B2B
Handyman service for beauty salons and SPA in Warsaw
The room is quiet, a client is in the chair, and any noise carries to the door. The tradesperson comes between bookings or after the shift, and by morning everything works.

What is different here
In a salon the cost of downtime is counted in cancelled bookings rather than in the price of the visit. So small jobs pile up until the end of the week: tighten a mirror, move a shelf, a dripping tap, a slow drain. All of it closes in one visit, in a gap when the chair is free.
Noise is a separate matter. Some work is quiet: changing a tap, adjusting furniture, lighting. Some needs a hammer drill, and that is better placed in the evening after the last client. The tradesperson says in advance what has to be drilled so you can plan the bookings around it.
The third thing is water and power side by side. In a salon both run hard all day: dryers, wash units, clippers. If the socket by the basin heats up or the light flickers, that is not cosmetic. It is a reason to show the wiring to a tradesperson before the breaker trips mid-shift.
QUIET
Everything carries in the room. The tradesperson knows the hammer drill comes out only after the last client has left.
What breaks most often
Six things that come back on these premises month after month.
- Mirrors and shelves Hang, move, and tighten a fixing that damp has worked loose.
- Taps and basins Changing a tap, leaks under the wash unit, the shower head at the basin.
- Clearing the drain Hair and dye block a drain fastest: we clean the trap and the pipe.
- Lighting and LED strip Spots by the mirrors, shelf lighting, replacing burnt-out bulbs.
- Adjusting doors and furniture Cabinet doors, drawers with supplies, the door to the treatment room.
- Silicone and joints at the wash units The joint between the wash unit and the worktop: fresh silicone before mould starts.

Between bookings and after the shift
An hour of salon time costs more than the repair itself, so we fit the slot to your bookings: a gap between clients, late evening, Monday. Evening and weekend hours carry a surcharge in the price list.
How it gets done in a hurry
Four mistakes that come back most often on premises like these.
-
A mirror on adhesive alone
It holds until the edge starts lifting in the damp. On plugs with a backing it outlives two refits.
-
Chemicals poured down the drain to the last
A caustic cleaner eats the seals in the trap, and instead of a blockage you get a leak under the unit.
-
Sockets by the wash unit with no covers
Water and steam will reach them. A point by the basin needs a cover and its own line.
-
Mirror lighting placed at random
A lamp at the side and a lamp above give a different skin tone. The client sees the difference out on the street.
What it looks like

How it runs
Four steps. The third one belongs to the tradesperson rather than to us, and that is the difference that matters here.
-
The request
Describe the task and attach a photo: the shot shows what the mirror hangs on and which tap sits at the wash unit.
-
The range
We answer with a range from the price list. Materials, carrying them in and taking the rubbish out count separately, and we say so up front.
-
A tradesperson takes it
The job shows up in the app and the tradesperson confirms the hour. If the slot does not work, you hear it early rather than an hour before the visit.
-
Settlement
The invoice comes from the tradesperson who did the work: they sell the service, we do not. Need paperwork for the company, say so in the request.
What to have ready
Four things that keep the visit to one trip instead of two.
- A photo of the mirror, the wash unit or the fitting
- The gap in the diary: from when to when
- Who stays on the floor and locks up
- Clear access to the wash unit and sockets
The same price list as for flats
Items from the general catalogue: there is no separate business tariff. You see the range before ordering, and the app shows the same one.

The work
From price list items. The range is visible before ordering and the exact amount is quoted before the start.
The call-out
Within Warsaw it is included. Outside the city it is a separate item, up to 30 km from the limits.
Materials
Small fixings come with the tradesperson. Everything else is separate, along with carrying in and rubbish removal.
The hour
Night and weekend hours, and an urgent call-out, carry a surcharge from the price list.
A mirror, a shelf and a dripping tap in one evening are three items from the table above and one call-out.
Full price listWhat nobody here will promise
We do not refuse on principle. Some jobs need paperwork, and some dates we simply cannot keep, so it is better said before than after.
-
LICENCE NEEDED
Gas line
We take it, but only through a tradesperson with a current gas licence. Without the paperwork nobody touches it.
Load-bearing walls and risers
Those too, when there is a design and the building manager agrees. Cutting into structure by eye is out.
-
NOT PROMISED
Repairs to salon equipment
Hydraulic chairs, nail lamps and steamers go to the maker service, not to a handyman.
Silence while chasing walls
A new line for a dryer or a wash unit is loud and takes half a day. That goes on a closed day.
We check tradespeople before letting them into the app and hold them to the amount they quoted. Whoever did the installation answers for it. Write to us if something went wrong: that is how we learn who stays in the app.
Before you order
How much noise will there be?
It depends on the job: a mirror on wall plugs is ten minutes of drilling, changing a tap is quiet. Describe the task and the tradesperson will tell you what has to be drilled.
Can a list of small jobs be closed in one go?
It can, and it works out cheaper: the call-out counts once. Collect the list in advance and add photos so the tradesperson brings what is needed.
Water and power sit next to each other here. Is that safe?
Wash units, dryers and sockets near water are the normal salon layout, but a socket by the basin is work for an electrician rather than a general handyman. Describe the task in the request: if it needs work behind the switchboard, the job goes to someone with a licence.
We rent the place and the owner is against drilling.
Say so at once: part of the list works without holes, adjustment, changing a tap, lights into existing points. The tradesperson suggests the option that leaves the wall alone.
We work seven days a week, when do you come?
In a gap between bookings or after the last client, up to night hours. Night and weekend hours carry a surcharge in the price list and you see it before ordering.
How fast will someone arrive?
The slot depends on who is free. We name it before you order and confirm it. An urgent call-out exists in the price list and costs more.
We need a VAT invoice for the company.
The invoice comes from the tradesperson who did the job: they sell the service. Say in the request that you need company paperwork and we will pick someone who issues it.
Who is answerable for the work?
The person who did it: the tradesperson is the contractor. We vet them before they get into the app and read every complaint, which is how we know who stays.
Worth reading
The same jobs written out step by step, with ranges and the usual mistakes.
One sentence
is enough.
Describe the fault in your own words and add a photo. We answer with a range from the price list, and you finish the order in the app.
No phone calls. It all runs in writing, so the order keeps a history.
