Handyman24 B2B
Handyman service for restaurants and cafes in Warsaw
The room runs on a clock: empty until eleven, full by evening. So the tradesperson comes in before opening or after the last guest and leaves before the first shift arrives.

What is different here
In a restaurant it is never one thing. The hood has been humming for two weeks, the socket behind the bar sparks, the back door stopped closing, and all of it runs in parallel until somebody writes the list down. The tradesperson closes that list in one visit: the call-out counts once, not for every small job separately.
The second thing is access. You cannot walk into the room with tools at lunchtime, or into the kitchen at the peak. So the slot comes from your schedule rather than ours: the hour is confirmed in advance and kept. If it is urgent and will not wait until morning, say so in the request, an urgent call-out is a separate item in the price list.
The third thing is money. One call-out for one small job rarely pays off: the minimum call-out sits in the price list and is the same for a single socket as for a list of five. So it is worth collecting requests rather than sending them one by one.
What breaks most often
Six things that come back on these premises month after month.
- Sockets behind the bar and in the kitchen Sparking, heating, tripping the breaker: we replace the point rather than tighten the contact.
- Lighting in the room and over the bar Bulbs, fittings and spots changed while the room is empty.
- Drain and tap in the back room Clearing the drain, changing the tap, leaking joints under the sink.
- Doors, locks, hinges A door that will not close first time and a lock that sticks for everyone.
- Chairs, tables, shelving Wobbly chairs tightened and pulled together, and a new batch assembled.
- Air conditioning service Cleaning and servicing the split unit: a separate item in the price list.

BEFORE OPENING
The best visit is the one no shift noticed. Came in, did the work, left, and at eleven the room runs as usual.
What it looks like

Kitchen closed, work can start
The tap in the back room
Noon: the room is still empty
Before opening and after closing
Nobody needs drilling at lunchtime. We set the hour around your schedule: early morning before the first shift, late evening or a day off. Night and weekend work carries a surcharge in the price list, and you see it before ordering.
How it runs
Four steps. The third one belongs to the tradesperson rather than to us, and that is the difference that matters here.
-
The request
Describe what stopped in the room or the kitchen and attach a photo. A shot of the hood or the board tells the tradesperson more than three paragraphs.
-
The range
We answer with a range from the price list. Materials, carrying them in and taking the rubbish out count separately, and we say so up front.
-
A tradesperson takes it
The job shows up in the app and the tradesperson confirms the hour. If the slot does not work, you hear it early rather than an hour before the visit.
-
Settlement
The invoice comes from the tradesperson who did the work: they sell the service, we do not. Need paperwork for the company, say so in the request.
How it gets done in a hurry
Four mistakes that come back most often on premises like these.
-
An extension lead instead of a socket
A splitter behind the bar heats up under load and melts. Putting a point where it is needed costs less than rewiring after a short circuit.
-
A shelf on plasterboard without an anchor
It holds exactly until the first full load of crockery. That weight needs a board anchor, not an ordinary plug.
-
The hood gets washed, the filters do not
Grease builds up in the duct, the draw drops, and the room notices it before any instrument does.
-
Repairs at the peak hour
A tradesperson works faster when nobody walks past with a tray. Coming in before opening saves their time and your covers.
What to have ready
Four things that keep the visit to one trip instead of two.
- A photo of the fault and the way to it
- Who opens the kitchen and until what hour
- Clear access: tables, cupboards, sink
- Where to park and how to carry tools in
The same price list as for flats
Items from the general catalogue: there is no separate business tariff. You see the range before ordering, and the app shows the same one.
| Service | Range |
|---|---|
| Electrical socket repair | 60–100 zł/szt |
| Lighting repair | 120–250 zł |
| Drain cleaning | 150–300 zł |
| Basin mixer tap replacement | 180–300 zł |
| Door adjustment | 30–60 zł |
| Furniture repair | 150–350 zł |
| Chair assembly | 40–80 zł/pc |
| Air conditioner service | 300–600 zł |
The work
From price list items. The range is visible before ordering and the exact amount is quoted before the start.
The call-out
Within Warsaw it is included. Outside the city it is a separate item, up to 30 km from the limits.
Materials
Small fixings come with the tradesperson. Everything else is separate, along with carrying in and rubbish removal.
The hour
Night and weekend hours, and an urgent call-out, carry a surcharge from the price list.
An evening visit for five small jobs is five items from the table above, one call-out and the surcharge for out-of-hours work.
Full price listWhat nobody here will promise
We do not refuse on principle. Some jobs need paperwork, and some dates we simply cannot keep, so it is better said before than after.
-
LICENCE NEEDED
Gas line
We take it, but only through a tradesperson with a current gas licence. Without the paperwork nobody touches it.
Load-bearing walls and risers
Those too, when there is a design and the building manager agrees. Cutting into structure by eye is out.
-
NOT PROMISED
Professional kitchen equipment
Ovens, combi steamers and coffee machines stay with the maker service: that is not handyman work.
Work at the peak hour
We will not come to drill during the lunch rush: it does no good to you or to the tradesperson.
We check tradespeople before letting them into the app and hold them to the amount they quoted. Whoever did the installation answers for it. Write to us if something went wrong: that is how we learn who stays in the app.
Before you order
The kitchen is running and it has to be fixed today.
Write down what exactly stopped and add a photo: the tradesperson arrives with the right tool instead of spending the visit on diagnosis. An urgent call-out is in the price list and costs more.
A gas cooker or a gas line.
Gas is taken only by a tradesperson with a current licence. Electrics, water, furniture and lighting run the usual way.
We work nights and close at 23:00.
That visit is possible and goes through the price list as night work with a surcharge. Put the hour in the request and the tradesperson will confirm whether it works.
A health inspection is coming up.
Say so in the request and list the points. The tradesperson closes what belongs to the job: lighting, sockets, fixings, joints. Equipment and paperwork are a different story.
Can the kitchen and the room be done in one visit?
They can, and it costs less: the call-out counts once. Collect the list for every room and the tradesperson will order it from the noisy jobs to the quiet ones.
How fast will someone arrive?
The slot depends on who is free. We name it before you order and confirm it. An urgent call-out exists in the price list and costs more.
We need a VAT invoice for the company.
The invoice comes from the tradesperson who did the job: they sell the service. Say in the request that you need company paperwork and we will pick someone who issues it.
Who is answerable for the work?
The person who did it: the tradesperson is the contractor. We vet them before they get into the app and read every complaint, which is how we know who stays.
Worth reading
The same jobs written out step by step, with ranges and the usual mistakes.
One sentence
is enough.
Describe the fault in your own words and add a photo. We answer with a range from the price list, and you finish the order in the app.
No phone calls. It all runs in writing, so the order keeps a history.
