Dryer Heating Element Replacement in Warsaw
Dryer starts, drum turns, but clothes are still wet? Air is blowing, but it’s not warm? Most likely the heating element has failed — this part warms the air before it goes into the drum. It’s one of the most frequent dryer problems. We replace heating elements on site across Warsaw — multimeter check and installation done in one visit.

How it works

- You explain the issue — wet laundry, cold air, overheating error.
- The technician arrives with the element.
- We disconnect the dryer and remove the rear panel.
- We test the element with a multimeter — open circuit or short to the casing.
- We disconnect it, remove the old part, and install the new one.
- We also inspect the thermal fuse and thermostat (they often go bad together).
- We put everything back together and test — hot air returns, laundry dries.
Mistakes

- Mixing it up with a clogged filter — the filter is clean, but there is still no heat.
- Skipping the thermal fuse check during element replacement.
- Installing an element with the wrong wattage.
- Using the dryer with no heat — just wasting electricity.
- Not cleaning the duct — a blocked duct caused the burnout.

Case from Warsaw

Client in Żoliborz: Electrolux — drum turning, fan working, but laundry still wet after an hour. The element had an open circuit, and the thermal fuse was also blown (one-shot type). We replaced both. The air duct was 70% clogged with lint — that was the real cause. Cleaned it. Test run — laundry dry in 50 min. One hour. Tip: if the element burns out, always inspect the duct too — otherwise the new element can overheat as well.
