Washing machine repair in Warsaw — Bosch, Samsung, LG, Electrolux
Washing machine repair in Warsaw — Bosch, Samsung, LG, Electrolux
The washing machine does not spin, bangs during a cycle, leaks, or will not switch on at all. A common problem — and in most cases it can be sorted out in one visit at your home, without taking the appliance to a workshop. We repair Bosch, Samsung, LG, Electrolux and other brands on site all over Warsaw — from Ursynow to Targowek.
Important: before any washing machine repair, disconnect the appliance from the mains and close the water supply. Do not try to take the machine apart yourself — capacitors inside may still hold a charge even after unplugging. Our technician works only on fully isolated equipment.

How the home repair works

- You explain the issue: what has stopped working, the error code, and when the symptoms first showed up.
- The technician checks the model and brand — and asks for a photo of the data plate.
- We set a visit time — often for the same day or the following day.
- At the address, the technician disconnects the machine from electricity and water, then carries out diagnostics.
- Finds the cause: bearings, pump, heating element, door lock, shock absorbers, control board, belt.
- If the part is available — repair is done straight away. If not — it is ordered and a second visit is booked.
- After the repair, a test wash is started to check spin, draining, and that there is no vibration.
Common washing machine owner mistakes

- Overfilling the drum — shock absorbers and bearings wear out twice as quickly, and the machine starts jumping on spin.
- Leaving vibration unchecked — mountings loosen, the machine moves out of place, and hoses get damaged.
- Skipping drain pump filter cleaning — small objects (coins, buttons) end up in the pump impeller.
- Pouring in too much detergent — extra foam clogs hoses and makes rinsing worse.
- Not leaving the door and detergent drawer open — mould and bad smells appear, and the gasket goes black.
- Trying to replace bearings yourself without a puller — this can damage the drum spider.
- Putting off repair when there is a leak — water damages the floor and reaches the electronics.
- Not levelling the machine after fitting — constant vibration ruins the shock absorbers within a year.
What to prepare before the technician arrives

- Write down the error code from the display.
- Take a photo of the data plate (model, serial number — usually on the door or rear panel).
- Unplug the machine and shut off the water supply.
- Make space for access — pull it away from the wall, remove things from the top.
- Take the laundry out of the drum.
- Get cloths and a bowl ready — some leftover water may come out.
- If the machine is built-in — open or remove the fascia.
- Note when the issue began and which programme was running.
- Send access details: intercom code, parking info.
- Combine all appliance jobs into one visit — it works out cheaper.
A real case from Warsaw

A client in Mokotow said that a Samsung washing machine had begun vibrating strongly and moving during spin. There was no error code on the display. Diagnostics showed that two of the four shock absorbers had lost their stiffness — the machine had been overloaded for several months. On top of that, the transit bolts had never been taken out after installation a year earlier. The technician removed the bolts, replaced both absorbers, and levelled the machine. A test wash at 1200 rpm spin finished without vibration. The full repair took 1.5 hours.
Frequently asked questions
Which washing machine brands do you repair?
Bosch, Samsung, LG, Electrolux, Whirlpool, AEG, Beko, Indesit, Candy and others.
Is the diagnostic fee separate?
Diagnostics are included in the repair price. If you decide against the repair, you pay only for the call-out.
How long does the repair take?
Most faults are repaired in 1–2 hours. Bearing replacement takes up to 3 hours. Rare parts mean a return visit is needed.
The machine won’t turn on — what could be wrong?
Most often: a faulty door lock, a blown mains filter, or a damaged control board.
Why does the machine jump during spin?
Worn shock absorbers, transit bolts still in place, an uneven floor, or an overloaded drum.
Is it worth repairing an old machine?
If the repair goes above 50% of a new machine’s price, the technician will frankly recommend replacement.
Do you bring spare parts?
Common parts — pumps, heating elements, door locks, shock absorbers, belts — are often in stock.
What if the machine smells bad?
Run an empty wash at 90°C with a cleaning agent. Wipe the gasket and detergent drawer. If the smell stays, call a technician.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes, on both the work and the fitted parts. The warranty period is confirmed at handover.
How quickly can you come?
Often the same day or the next. Urgent call-outs come with a surcharge.
