Common questions
Can I work if I don’t have a company in Poland?
A company is not required to start. Everyone here works for themselves: some start without registering while turnover stays within the limit, others open a JDG or a spółka straight away. You pick the form and handle the reporting; there is nothing to agree with us.
My Polish is weak: will clients accept that?
