• Gypsum filler above a shower. Blotches and bubbles within months.
• Skimming over mould that’s still there. It has to be treated and dried first.
• One thick coat. Cracks as it dries.
• Painting fresh filler without primer. The paint goes on patchy.
• No ventilation in the bathroom. No compound survives constant condensation.
