How the removal works
- We identify the fixing method: plugs, adhesive, nails, or clips.
- PVC on clips — removed by hand from one end.
- MDF/wood on plugs — carefully levered with a putty knife, plugs pulled out.
- Glued — cut away with a thin blade, adhesive residue cleaned off.
- Wall inspected: any chips are filled.
- Old skirting is collected and taken away.

- Yanking the skirting off — takes plaster or plasterboard with it.
- Levering with a crowbar and no pad — leaves dents in the wall.
