How much is the commission and when do I pay it?
In short You pay only when a client chooses you. Commission comes off your HandyCoin Account at the moment of choice, and the rate depends on the contract amount.
Submitting offers is free. We collect commission from your HandyCoin Account only when a client chooses your offer. You see how much you’ll pay before you send the offer.
Rates
The rate depends on the contract amount, including any minimum call-out top-up charge. It applies to the whole amount, not band by band.

There is one table for everyone. Your verification level, number of jobs and how much you’ve topped up don’t change it. The lowest possible commission is 60 zł.
When the scope changes
- Work added on site to an ongoing contract: 10% of the amount of that work.
- The client gives you another piece of work in the same contract: we set the rate from the new amount and collect the difference.
- The scope shrinks: we give back a proportional part of the commission. When work is reduced, commission never goes up.
When commission comes back
When a contract is cancelled, we usually propose a full refund. Two people check the request, then the money goes back to your HandyCoin Account. In a few situations, for example when “before” or “after” photos already exist at the time of cancellation, we review the case by hand and give reasons for the decision. A complaint after the contract is confirmed does not lead to a refund.
An offer stays active as long as your balance covers the commission. If it drops lower, the offer gets the status “Inactive”. After a top-up it works again.
