How does the minimum call-out top-up charge work?

In short One contract is at least the minimum call-out. When the work costs less, the client pays the difference or gives you another piece of work. The top-up charge goes entirely to you.

One contract, meaning all the work entrusted to you in one job, is at least 300 zł. A single offer can be lower.

When the work adds up to less

After choosing you, the client has two options:

  • confirm the contract with a minimum call-out top-up charge, which is a separate item and goes entirely to you;
  • give you another piece of work from the same job.

Before confirming, they see the breakdown: work on one line, top-up charge on another.

Top-up charge and commission

We calculate commission on the contract amount including the top-up charge. That’s where the lowest possible commission comes from: 60 zł.

The threshold lasts the whole contract

The threshold applies until the contract ends, including when the scope is reduced. If a partial cancellation takes the amount of work below 300 zł, the whole contract is cancelled.
