How do I change a job?
In short Until you choose a professional for a piece of work, you can change it. Offers stay valid, and their authors are notified of material changes.
As long as you haven’t chosen a professional for a piece of work, you can change it in the job. Offers that have already come in stay valid.
Who hears about the change
Authors of offers are notified only of material changes to:
- the scope of work,
- the address or area,
- the date.
Fixing a typo in the description won’t alert anyone. After a material change, a professional may withdraw their offer if the new terms don’t suit them. Withdrawing before the choice is not a violation.
The work already has a chosen professional
Such work can’t be removed from the job or changed the usual way. There are two routes:
- if there’s more or less work on site, the professional proposes a change of scope on the platform, and you accept or reject it;
- if the work shouldn’t be done by this professional at all, you cancel the contract, in full or in part.
Other work in the same job that has no one chosen yet can still be changed.
