How do I book the same professional again?
In short Use the “Order again” button on a completed contract. Your conversation with the professional stays on the platform.
With the “Order again” button. It works once the contract has ended, that is, when its status is “Confirmed” or “Cancelled”. This is how you give the same professional another piece of work.
What stays from the previous contract
- The conversation on the platform. It doesn’t disappear when the contract ends, and messages can’t be edited or deleted.
- Your review and the professional’s review, if you left them.
What disappears
Both sides’ phone numbers and the details of the person who met the professional. They disappear from view when the contract ends. That’s deliberate: contact details are visible only during a specific contract.
You may have the details of the person meeting the professional saved in your contact book, so you won’t need to type them in again.
