How does HandyMan24 work?
In short You publish a job, professionals send offers with their own prices, and you choose who to work with. You conclude the contract with the professional and pay them.
HandyMan24 connects clients with professionals. You describe what needs doing, and professionals from that category and area reply with offers. Each sets their own price. For clients, everything is free.
- You publish a job: the work, address, preferred date and a description.
- You get offers and can ask the professionals questions in messages.
- For each piece of work you choose one professional. At that moment you conclude a contract with them.
- You see each other’s phone numbers and the address of the work, and agree on a date.
- The professional finishes and marks the contract as “Done”, and you confirm completion.
- You both leave reviews.
What the platform doesn’t do
We are not a party to the contract between you and the professional. The professional does the work on their own account and at their own responsibility. We don’t set their prices or working hours.
Money for the work bypasses us too: you pay the professional directly, in cash or by card if they accept it. The platform earns from commission, which the professional pays.
Several pieces of work, several professionals
One job can cover several pieces of work, and you can give each one to someone different. Each contract stands on its own: a cancellation or dispute in one doesn’t touch the others.
