1.3.3

What is the minimum call-out?

In short The lowest amount of one contract with a professional: 300 zł. A single offer can be cheaper, but the total with one professional can't.

One contract, meaning all the work from one job given to one professional, is at least 300 zł. A single offer may be lower.

The total came out lower

After the choice, you pick one of two routes:

  • confirm the contract with a minimum call-out top-up charge: a separate item that goes entirely to the professional;
  • or give this professional another piece of work so the total reaches the threshold.

You see the breakdown, work and top-up charge separately, before you confirm. Nothing gets added quietly.

The threshold lasts until the contract ends

If the scope shrinks, the contract amount still won’t fall below the minimum call-out. And if cancelling part of the work takes the total below the threshold, the whole contract is cancelled.

The minimum call-out is counted separately for each contract. When you split the work between several professionals, the threshold applies to each of them.
