How do I create an account and log in?
In short You create an account with an e-mail address and password, a Google account, or a link sent to your e-mail. Any adult can open one.
You have three options: an e-mail address with a password, a Google account, or a link that arrives in your inbox. You log in the same way afterwards. The account works in the browser at app.handyman24.eu and in the HandyMan24 app for iOS and Android.
Who can have an account
An adult with full legal capacity. A company acts through a person authorised to represent it. One account can be used to order work, to do it, or both.
What you need
- An active e-mail address.
- If you want to take on jobs: a mobile phone number, which you confirm with an SMS code.
- An up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge) with JavaScript enabled and the cookies needed for logging in allowed, or the app in a version supported by the app store.
A few rules
- You give true details and update them when something changes.
- One person has one account. A second account created to get around a restriction or a block violates the Terms of Service.
- Your password stays with you, and you don’t share your account with anyone.
