What do I get by confirming my identity?
In short The “Identity confirmed” level removes the level 1 limits: you get urgent jobs, more contracts at once and a bonus. Your commission stays the same.
It removes the limits that apply at level 1 and gives you a bonus of 50 zł towards commission. Next to your offer, the client sees “Identity confirmed” instead of “Identity not checked”.
Level 1 limits
- you don’t receive urgent jobs;
- you can have at most 2 contracts at a time with the status “Worker chosen”, “In progress” or “Done”;
- you don’t get the verification bonus.
How to confirm your identity
- If you run a business, you give your NIP (tax ID) and we check the details in CEIDG or KRS, REGON and the VAT taxpayer list. This usually takes a few minutes.
- If you’re a private person, you show an identity document and a staff member compares the details.
- Either way, you add a clear photo of your face. It will be visible in your profile.
Level 2 is granted by a staff member. We delete the scan or photo of the document 30 days after the decision, unless it’s evidence in proceedings that are still pending.
What it doesn’t change
The commission rate is the same at both levels. The client doesn’t see your documents or verification data, only the labels.
