Why can’t professionals see my job?
In short Most often because your e-mail address isn't confirmed yet. Apart from that, only professionals from the right category and area see the job.
Check your inbox first. Until you click the link in the e-mail, the job is saved but hidden from professionals. It becomes visible straight after you confirm the address, and the publication period runs from then.
Other reasons
- The job only goes to professionals who have chosen this category of work in their profile and whose area of operation covers your address.
- Professionals at the “Identity not checked” level don’t see urgent jobs.
- The publication period has ended and you didn’t choose anyone: the job then has the status “Closed, no one chosen”.
The order on a professional’s list is simple too: newer jobs are higher, by time of publication. Nobody can pay for a higher position, so there’s no way to speed things up with money. Details: Display order.
Part of the description is hidden
The job text goes through an automatic check. We hide phone numbers, e-mail addresses and links until a professional is chosen, and the professional sees a marker in their place. The job itself stays visible. If you think the system hid something it shouldn’t have, report it through “Help”.
