What happens after the report

Not turning up without notice is a violation on the professional’s side. The allegation alone doesn’t assign anything automatically, though: it’s a signal to check, and a staff member makes the decision. That’s why it’s worth keeping date arrangements in platform messages.

If you don’t want to wait any longer

1. Cancel the contract with this professional, in full or for part of the work.
2. Choose a reason from the list. For “Other”, add a comment. The professional sees the reason but never the comment.
3. Confirm that this professional has not done the work and will not do it.

Cancelled work goes back into the same job. Other professionals can see it again and their current offers become valid again, so you can choose someone from among them. If less than 24 hours of the publication period remain, we extend it.
