How do I report illegal content or abuse?

Jobs, offers, messages, reviews, photos and profiles all have a “Report” button. You can also write to info@handyman24.eu with the subject “Content report”. You don’t need an account.

What to include in the e-mail

1. Why you consider the content illegal.
2. Exactly where it is: a link, or the number of the job, contract or review.
3. Your first name, surname and e-mail address.
4. A statement that you’re reporting in good faith and that the information is, to the best of your knowledge, true and complete.

What happens next

• We confirm straight away that the report has arrived.
• A human reviews it. Clearly illegal content and content that threatens safety within 24 hours, anything else usually within 72 hours.
• You’re told the decision and whether automated tools helped make it.
• The author of the content gets the reasons and can challenge the decision.

If content points to a crime that threatens life or safety, we notify the police or the public prosecutor’s office.

A fraud attempt in a message

Someone asking for your password, SMS code, card details or a transfer to a “Platform account”? Report the message with the “Report” button. What’s prohibited on the platform is set out in Terms of Service, § 6.
