What decides the order of offers and jobs?

In short A few simple rules: active before inactive, newer before older. Price, rating, verification level and payments play no part.

A few simple rules. Nobody can pay for a higher position, and there’s no paid promotion of offers at the moment.

Your offers as the client sees them

  1. Offers are grouped by the pieces of work in the job.
  2. Active offers come first. Withdrawn, expired and inactive ones (for example, when the balance is too low) come lower.
  3. Among active offers, the one that arrived later comes higher.

Price, rating and verification level don’t change the order. The client sees them with each offer and compares for themselves. Next to the list there’s a “Why this order?” link.

Jobs on your list

  • You only see jobs from your categories and area of operation.
  • At the “Identity not checked” level, urgent jobs don’t appear.
  • Newer jobs come before older ones, by time of publication.

What else affects your position

Apart from that, your account status counts. While your account is under restrictions after violations, your offers are shown lower. Commission, the size of your top-ups and the number of jobs make no difference, and artificial intelligence doesn’t set positions. Details are on the Display order page.
