How do I accept card payments?

In short You turn them on through a Stripe form on the platform. The client's money goes to your Stripe account, and Stripe makes the payouts.

You turn them on through a Stripe form embedded in the platform. You then conclude an agreement directly with Stripe, on Stripe’s terms, and Stripe verifies your identity itself.

How the money moves

  • The client’s payment goes to your Stripe account.
  • We don’t hold this money and don’t decide on its payout.
  • Stripe pays it out to your bank account on its own schedule.

Card or cash

For the client, a card is just an option, and cash is equally valid. Either way the client pays you directly: money for the work doesn’t pass through HandyMan24.

Commission and card payments

Commission is taken from your HandyCoin Account. If there isn’t enough on it, we can collect commission from a card payment only with your separate consent.
