When will I see the phone number and address?
In short After you choose the professional. Then you both see each other's full names and phone numbers, and the professional also sees the address of the work.
Contact details are revealed only at the moment of choice, only within that contract and only until it ends.
Before the choice
- You see the professional’s first name and the first letter of their surname (a company by its full name).
- The professional sees the job without your surname or phone number, and the address as a district and approximate distance.
- We automatically hide phone numbers, e-mail addresses, messenger names and links in messages. In their place you see a marker, e.g. “[phone number]”.
You talk in platform messages. Passing on a number in a way that gets around the hiding, for example spelled out in words or in a photo, is not allowed.
After the choice
You see each other’s full names and phone numbers, and the professional gets the address of the work and the details of the person meeting them. You agree on a date in messages or by phone.
After the contract ends
Once the contract is “Confirmed” or “Cancelled”, the phone numbers disappear from view. The conversation on the platform stays. Want to work with the same professional again? Use the “Order again” button.
