How do I leave a review?
In short After the contract is confirmed, you have 14 days to give a rating from 1 to 5 stars and an optional comment. One review per contract.
You leave a review after a contract with the status “Confirmed”. Without a confirmed contract the form won’t open. You have 14 days from confirmation, and we’ll remind you of the deadline.
What a review contains
- a rating from 1 to 5 stars;
- a comment, if you want to add one;
- up to 10 photos, plus the “before” and “after” photos from that contract.
Write about this particular contract and what you experienced yourself. Before sending, the system checks the comment. Phone numbers, addresses, links and profanity have to be removed before the review is accepted. We don’t cut anything out quietly, so you’ll see what to fix.
What’s not allowed
You must not offer, demand or accept any benefit for a review or for changing it: money, a discount, a partial refund of the price, a gift, extra work for free. You also must not force a review, for example by threatening a bad rating. The ban works both ways. A professional may ask you for a review once, and that’s it.
You can hide your own review at any time.
