2.2.1
How do I send an offer?
In short On a job in your category and area, you give your own price for each piece of work. Before sending, you see the commission you'd pay if chosen.
You see jobs from the categories and area set in your profile. For each piece of work you want to take, you give your own price.
Price
- If the client has given a quantity (metres, pieces, hours), you enter a rate per unit. The offer price is the rate times the client’s quantity. You don’t change the quantity.
- You may see indicative amounts with the job. We don’t fill in the price field for you, and a price different from the indicative one has no consequences.
- Before sending, you see how much commission you’ll pay if the client chooses you.
Balance
You can send an offer when your HandyCoin Account covers the commission on the contract it would lead to. We calculate it on this offer together with your other current offers in the same job, and never on less than 300 zł. No funds are blocked.
After sending
- The offer opens a conversation with the client. Phone numbers, e-mail addresses and links sent before the choice are hidden automatically.
- Until the client chooses, you can withdraw the offer without consequences.
- If you gave a date and it passes, the offer expires.
- The client can reject the offer (“Not for me”). That’s their choice, not a violation on your part.
You can’t send an offer on your own job.
