2.2.2

Why is my offer “Inactive”?

In short Your HandyCoin Account balance has dropped below the commission you'd pay if chosen. Top up and the offer works again.

Your HandyCoin Account balance no longer covers the commission you’d pay if the client accepted this offer. Top up your account and the offer becomes active again.

Why this happens

We don’t block funds when you send an offer, so your balance can fall before the client makes a choice. Once it drops below the required amount, the offer gets the “Inactive” status and you’re notified.

We calculate the required amount on this offer together with your other current offers in the same job, and never on less than 300 zł.

What the client sees

  • the offer, labelled as inactive;
  • they can’t accept it;
  • it sits lower on the list than active offers.

Negative balance

If the bank reverses a top-up payment (chargeback), your balance can go below zero. The next top-up covers it, and until then you can’t send offers.
