How do I top up my HandyCoin Account?
In short On the website, by card, BLIK or another method offered by our payment operator Stripe. The smallest top-up has to cover the lowest commission.
You top up on the website, including when you open it from the app. You pay by card, BLIK (a Polish mobile payment method) or another method provided by our payment operator Stripe. We don’t sell anything in the app through the app store.
How much
At least 50 zł, but not less than the lowest possible commission, currently 60 zł. The point is that you can send an offer once you’ve topped up.
Rules
- For security reasons, the number and total of card top-ups within 7 days are limited. You see the limit before you pay.
- You can have one unpaid top-up at a time.
- If a payment reaches us after the top-up has been marked as expired, we still credit it.
- We issue an invoice for every top-up.
What the HandyCoin Account is
It’s a prepayment for future commission, kept in zloty. It isn’t a bank or payment account and doesn’t bear interest. You can’t transfer funds to another user. Your balance is the sum of the entries in your account history, which you can see in full.
