Can I withdraw from a top-up?

Yes, if you top up as a consumer. This also covers a person running a sole proprietorship when the top-up isn’t of a professional nature for them. You have 14 days from the top-up and don’t need to give a reason.
How to do it
A message through “Help” or an e-mail to info@handyman24.eu is enough. You can use the model form, but you don’t have to.
What you get back
- The unused part of the top-up is returned within 14 days of receiving your statement.
- It goes back by the same payment method.
- Commission collected for contracts concluded during that time isn’t returned on withdrawal: that service has already been performed.
Other ways funds come back
Apart from withdrawal, top-up funds are returned only after the account contract ends: the unused part goes to the bank account you indicate. Bonuses aren’t paid out.
