How do I collect good reviews honestly?
In short Well-done work, a tidy site and one request for a review. You must not offer anything for a review or force one.
The best reviews come from work done well and calm communication. The client remembers whether you arrived on time and whether the price matched your offer.
How it works
- A review can be left only after a contract with the status “Confirmed”.
- You can ask the client for a review once. Do it after the handover, in one sentence.
- Both parties write “blind”: we publish the reviews at the same time.
- We show the average rating from 3 reviews. Before that, the profile shows the “New pro” label.
What’s not allowed
You must not offer, demand or accept any benefit for a review: a discount, a partial refund of the price, a gift, extra work for free. You must not make the handover of the work depend on a review or threaten a bad one. Fake jobs and reviews from a second account are prohibited too. Forcing proven by the conversation on the platform is grounds for hiding that review.
When a review is poor
Reply once, publicly and calmly: what happened and what you did. We don’t hide a review just because it’s negative. Details are in Appendix 4.
